Armstrong Caught Buying & Rating His Own Books… Again!
Martin Armstrong's legendary for pumping his own books with fake buys and 5-star reviews — the ultimate self-high-five.
And guess what? He's at it again, this time on X with a sock puppet profile straight-up labeled "Martin Armstrong's blog." No shame, just game. Check this gem: @jlecout https://x.com/jlecout/status/2022482474316779708

Somewhere in a dimly lit room that smells faintly of instant coffee and unfulfilled prophecy, Martin Armstrong is hunched over a second laptop, furiously typing as “John Lec from Quebecastan.”
He’s wearing his best anonymous-avatar face (a smirking pink panther leaning on a race car, because subtlety died in 2009), and he’s just dropped the single most self-sabotaging sales pitch in the history of internet grift.
purchased Martin Armstrong's forecast on Canada & well worth money,
he writes in the third person, as though he’s a random Albertan trucker who just stumbled across genius. Then, without even pausing to breathe or wonder whether anyone might notice the glaring contradiction, he hits send on the follow-up:
send me email if you want a copy.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the man who claims central banks and governments line up to pay him six figures for his sacred Economic Confidence Model is now offering his own $100+ proprietary report via Gmail like it’s a bootleg copy of The Fast and the Furious 47.
He couldn’t even be bothered to set up a burner ProtonMail. That’s how confident he is that his audience won’t connect the dots—or perhaps how little he thinks of them.
The bio already reads "Martin Armstrong’s blog"in big possessive letters, as though he forgot alt accounts are supposed to at least pretend. Then he spends every waking hour retweeting himself, defending himself against “fake news slander,” calling himself “The Cleaner” like he’s auditioning for a Quentin Tarantino fan-fiction subreddit, and promising that “big fish” from pension funds and sovereign wealth offices are secretly worshipping at the altar of Socrates AI.
All while signing off replies like a man who’s one typo away from accidentally closing with “M.A.” and blowing the whole op. It’s not even clever sock-puppetry anymore.
It’s performance art. It’s the online equivalent of a guy walking into a bar wearing a fake mustache, a nametag that says “Not Me,” and loudly announcing “Boy I sure do love that Martin Armstrong guy—he’s basically the Einstein of pi cycles and no one appreciates him, send me your email I’ll hook you up with his stuff.”
The tragedy is he probably thinks he’s winning. Every time someone clicks the link or DMs for the “free” report, he mentally high-fives his reflection and updates the subscriber spreadsheet titled “People Who Still Believe I Talk to Donald Trump.”
Meanwhile the rest of the internet is doubled over laughing at the most ham-fisted, ego-drenched, self-piracy scheme since Napoleon tried to sell Waterloo as a tactical retreat.
Peak Armstrong energy: when your grift is so brazen it circles all the way back around to being honest. He’s not hiding anymore. He’s just yelling “THIS IS A SCAM!” in third person while handing out discount coupons.Comedy gold, indeed.
How are these Books created?
According to his own statements on his blog site, Martin Armstrong has book writing teams:
In Geometry of Time he wrote in Aug 08 2014:
I have three teams working right now on three of the four books I am trying to complete. One of these is the Geometry of Time.
Some people wrote that these teams are located in Thailand. Other people wrote that the books they bought from him were compilations, cut and paste jobs from content of his blog site and even verbatim from Wikipedia content. Other people wrote that these books are full of fluff with no actionable material as their titles suggest. The common theme is that all of the books he sells in his online store follow this pattern and share the same structure. Many people consider this a scam, given the price tags of these publications.
Here you can see how he uses cheap methods to contact another book author for help with a book that he hadn't yet published at the time:

How are these Books reviewed?
Martin Armstrong has his own team of reviewers as follows: The original communication is documented in a public forum here. Quote:
I have hundreds of people working for me creating YouTube accounts and other social media accounts posting positive reviews and feedback. I STILL GET fresh victims daily
This became evident in the initial review of the book "Manipulation of the World Economy" where on the amazon bookstore, multiple 5 star reviews appeared even before the book was available for purchase.
Fortunately, an authentic buyer has posted a YouTube video of his review of another book:

Here is a small review of another book on Reddit:
